WOMEN'S FIT GUIDE

 

Wildflower is committed to ensuring that every style corresponds to our size charts.

 

To ensure you receive styles that are just the kind of fit you like, please take a moment to measure yourself and then use these measurements to select the correct Wildflower size for you.

 

 

Measuring Tips

 

  • Use your exact measurements when selecting your size
  • Keep the tape firm, but not tight
  • Measure over under garments
  • Ask someone to help you take the measurements

 

TOP OF SHOULDER: To measure for dress length, run the tape measure from the collarbone to the hem or longest point.

BUST: Measure around the fullest part of your bust and across the shoulder blades. This is a key measure for tops and loose fitting dresses.

WAIST: Measure around the natural waistline keeping tape comfortably loose. This is a key measure for loose fitting skirts.

HIPS: Measure around the fullest part of the seat, approximately 22cm or 9" down from the waist. This is a key measure for trousers, jeans, narrow fitting skirts and dresses.

INSIDE LEG: Run the tape measure from the top of the inside leg at the crotch to the ankle bone.

RISE: To determine the rise on a pair of trousers, measure the distance between the crotch up the zipper to the button at the waist. Low rise is around 23cm, mid rise is around 25cm and high rise is around 27cm.

 Some styles are only produced in XS/S/M/L/XL. Please use above chart for the right fit. Some garments are sized S/M or M/L. This indicates elastic sewn in garments allowing variation in sizes

CENTRE BACK LENGTH: This measurement is taken from the centre of the neck at the collar seam to the hem.

CHEST: Measure around the fullest part of your chest and across the shoulder blades. This is a key measure for shirts and jackets.

WAIST: Measure around the natural waistline keeping tape comfortably loose. This is a key measure for trousers, jeans and shorts.

SLEEVE: This is taken from the neck point (the collar seam on the shoulder line) along the shoulder and down the outer sleeve to cut edge.

INSIDE LEG: Measure from the top of the inside leg at the crotch to the hem.

OUTSIDE LEG: Measure from natural waistline to the hem.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

 

  • Group similar wash care garments into whites, darks and colours.
  • Make sure you use the correct washing temperature and first wash to be washed separately.
  • When hand washing rinse until the water runs clear, silks are to be hand washed only.
  • Don't leave garments soaking for prolonged periods.
  • Always dry your garments in the shade to prevent fading of colours and yellowing of whites.
  • All woolen items washed in cold water and use only a wool wash soap. Do not spin.
